폐동맥 고혈압 심방중격결손의 치료 성과
심방중격결손의 환자 중 폐동맥 고혈압을 보이는 경우 검사 결과에 따른 치료 행태와 결과를 분석한다. 약물 치료를 한 경우의 치료
심방중격결손의 비수술적 폐쇄의 다양한 방법
심방중격결손의 폐쇄는 수술적인 방법이 전통적이었으나 최근 비수술적 시술로 치료가 가능하다. 비수술적 치료에 있어서 효과적이고 안전한 폐쇄를 위해 시술 시간을 단축하고 방사선의 노출을 줄이는 방법으로의 시술방법을 고안하고 이것의 효과를 분석한다.
